General Return Guidelines
- Unused items only — Due to the intimate nature of our products (lingerie, apparel, and adult items), we cannot accept returns on used, worn, or opened hygiene-sensitive products.
- 30-Day Return Window — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
- Discreet & Easy Process — Contact us first before sending anything back.
How to Return an Item
- Email sales@sizzlelace.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions (including a return authorization if approved).
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund (typically within 5–10 business days). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
What Qualifies for Return?
- Eligible: New, unused items in original packaging with tags still attached (e.g., most lingerie and apparel, if unworn and unopened).
- Not Eligible:
- Used, worn, or washed items.
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., certain toys, lubricants, body care, or intimate items).
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Personalized or custom orders.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
Note: For shipping damage, you may also need to file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We do not cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items or our error).
- Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved and received, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
